HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAYA TIME FOR AMERICANS
TO REMEMBER, REFLECT AND RESOLVE
Truth Attack's show on Liberty Works Radio Network, the Truth Attack Hour hosted by Tom Cryer, will devote the entire
week of July 6-10 to an examination of our Declaration of Independence. These programs will provide an in depth discussion of the political dynamics that led to the Declaration and will compare the grievances that prompted our forefathers to take up arms.
This 233rd Anniversary of that event is the perfect time for us to remember the courage it took for those great men to sign what was in effect a written confession of treason against the crown.
What intrusions, what deprivations and abuses were so important that they would, literally, put their necks at risk? How do those usurpations and violations of their rights compare with those to which we are being subjected today? What were they willing to sacrifice in order for generations to follow to be born, live and prosper in a free country? How do we measure up by comparison?
This discussion is going to be important, not just for members of Truth Attack and its Coalition organizations, but for all America. So please cut and paste the following message and email it to everyone in your address books and to every group you belong to, urging them to forward it out to as many as possible:
Dear Friends, Neighbors and Countrymen:
In the spirit of Independence Day I urge you to tune in to The Truth Attach Hour on Liberty Works Radio Network every weekday from July 6-10, 2009. The show is hosted by Tom Cryer, an attorney and life-long student and devotee of the Constitution and its history, and is broadcast live over the internet and on WFLI, The Eagle, 104.3 FM in Tampa Monday from 5-6 p.m. Eastern, 4-5 p.m. Central, 3-4 p.m. Mountain and 2-4 p.m. Pacific times.
All five broadcasts will focus on the Declaration of Independence, the most important document in our history, and will compare and contrast the events of that time with those of today. All Americans, including and particularly our children, need to hear and learn about our origins and how we, as trustees of our legacy of freedom, must act in order to earn the benefit of the sacrifices of our founding fathers and generations that have since preserved our freedom.
